Reentry Preparation

This twelve-week program offers comprehensive support for individuals transitioning back into society. It includes harm reduction workshops, mentorship, peer support, restorative circles, and wellness programming. Participants receive referrals to employment, training, education, housing, and interview clothing resources. We offer practical tools that participants can use to build confidence, resilience, and life skills necessary for thriving in their communities.

Financial Wellness

By focusing on budgeting, saving, credit, and financial goal-setting, we aim to empower participants to take control of their financial futures, regardless of their past experiences. We’ll also cover resources available such as job training, financial aid, and credit repair services. This workshop is designed to provide the knowledge and tools necessary to achieve financial independence, security and success.

Social Emotional Learning 

Participants engage in twelve-week workshops focused on emotional intelligence and self-awareness. It includes harm reduction workshops to address harmful patterns and triggers, and employs restorative circles and wellness programming for holistic emotional growth. We provide a relaxed space for participants to develop emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and interpersonal skills, empowering them to manage challenges and foster healthy relationships.

Healthy Relationships

This workshop will empower participants to create relationships based on trust, respect, and mutual understanding. Participants will learn to understand the importance of setting healthy boundaries and how to handle conflicts in a constructive, non-violent manner. Participants will discover the importance of building a supportive network and how to seek out resources to help maintain healthy relationships.

Skill Building & Job Prep

This twelve-week program enhances employability for the participants. From resume building and interview preparation to professional communication skills, our job readiness training ensures that participants are prepared to enter or re-enter the workforce with confidence. It includes practical experience, consulting services, and referrals to local employment and training resources.

Resource Awareness 

This twelve-week program educates participants about community resources, including housing, healthcare, legal aid, and financial support. It offers peer mentor workshops and referrals to local services like employment, training, education, housing resources, and interview clothing assistance. Resources will be provided and tailored to the participants' individual needs.
